Members of the Evaluation Committee
There are two progress reviews in the first academic year: at the end of both first and second semester. Thus, autumn semester's progress review takes place at the beginning of spring semester and spring semester's review at the beginning of autumn semester. In the following years there is one progress review (assessment) that takes place after two semesters have been completed. The results of progress review will be described in ECTS credits and inserted into SIS.
The document titled Study Regulations regulates the process of progress reviews (clause V.5).
Before the review, please prepare the following documents:
1. The progress report describing the fulfilment of the individual study plan
2. List of the attended seminars (please include this in the section “Studies”)
3. Annex: a revised plan of research and study for the next year
These documents are saved as single PDF file and are uploaded to Study Information System.
Progress Review form
During the spring progress review, doctoral students ending the 2nd study year are asked to give a 15-minute presentation on the research and future plans. After their presentation, the discussion will be held with supervisor(s).
